Retirement Village
Sunshine Christian Homes, Inc. offers a secure independent living lifestyle at an affordable cost. Our Christian Retirement Village is nestled on 12 landscaped acres, in the relaxing area of Holiday Florida, just a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico. There are 86 villas, 24-one bedroom and 62-two bedroom units (see below for floor plans). Our villas are a unique and interesting place for those who desire to continue to live independently, but no longer want the work and expense of owning and maintaining a home. What makes us unique is that we offer something most have never heard of, a Life-Use-Lease.

At Sunshine Christian Homes our goal is to provide quality-of-life for each of our residents. We are dedicated to our life engagement philosophy of social, spiritual and physical well-being of every individual.
This dedication is reflected in every effort our community makes in caring for residents who have been diagnosed with dementia, alzheimers and other memory related impairments. Our intent is to allow each resident to function independently at their level of ability, while providing care and assistance where needed. Our staff is well trained and understand the needs and desires of the memory impaired. We embrace their reality to help each person feel at “Home”, loved and secure.
